Redsnow on windows 7

I have tried to run it in XP compatability mode as administrator with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This sounds stupid but how do you get Redsn0w to download???

I cant get it to open up once I have downloaded it windows does not recognize it… Any help would be greatly apprachiated…. To download RedsnOw you need to have Bittorrent installed as it is a torrent link not the actual file. Once you install BitTorrent and click on the link it will download the file.
