Looking at your files and reading what you have said it all seems a bit of a mess with multiple patches mods downloads all being applied at the same time. Where I would go with this now is to completely re-install the game from discs fresh installation keeping none of the current version.

Yes it's a fresh install. No it crashes in either singleplayer or multiplayer. It depends of the mods. Some run fine, others not.
